Reservations
We guarantee all reservations. Your room will be ready and waiting no matter how late you check-in. A method of guarantee is required to book a reservation and a deposit of one night’s stay may apply. We accept cash, corporate checks and the following credit cards:

- Diners Club
- Discover Card
- MasterCard
- Visa
Cancellations
All reservations have a cancellation policy according to the date(s) of stay. If you need to cancel a guaranteed room night for a standard date, notice of cancellation must be received 72 hours prior to 3:00pm of your arrival date. A two-week or 30-day notification may be required during special event dates. To clarify the cancellation policy for your reservation, please contact the hotel at 800.311.1619.
All cancellations made without proper notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of one night’s stay plus applicable taxes. Guests who do not show up for their reservation are also subject to the above policy.
Arrivals
Check-In Time: 3:00pm
Early Arrivals
If you plan on arriving prior to our check-in time, we ask that you call ahead on the day of your scheduled arrival. While we do not guarantee early check-in, we will do our best to accommodate you. If your room is not ready upon your arrival, we will happily hold your luggage until you can access your room. In order to guarantee access to your room before 3:00pm, we recommend that you also reserve a room for the prior night.
Departures
Check-Out Time: 12:00 Noon
Early Departures
Should you need to check-out prior to your original departure date, a fee of one night’s stay plus applicable taxes will be added to your final bill.
Late Departures
While we do not guarantee late check-out, we will do our best to accommodate you. If we cannot fulfill your request, we would be happy to hold your luggage until you are ready to depart. In order to guarantee access to your room past 12:00 Noon, we recommend that you also reserve the room for the following night.
Smoking Policy
We are a smoke-free establishment. All of our guest rooms are non-smoking; however, smoking is permitted outdoor in our lovely courtyard and on our first and second floor verandas.
Pet Policy
We are just as committed to our pet guests as we are to their owners which is why we have had unique pet amenities custom designed for our four-legged patrons. In preparation for their arrival, our pet rooms are arranged with a logo-embroidered pet bed as well as a feeding mat with porcelain food and water bowls to be used throughout their stay.
A nominal $50 cleaning fee is charged per stay to guests who bring their trusty companions with them to the Mansion. There is no size limit for animals, but we ask that owners strictly follow our policies to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. Please keep in mind that all pets must be on flea and heartworm prevention prior to their stay.
