Our friendly and knowledgeable Guest Services staff is available 24 hours to assist you with any and all needs you might have.

Business Services

We offer complimentary photocopying, faxing and printing services up to five (5) pages; there is a nominal charge for additional pages. We also offer postal, courier, notary and secretarial services as well as office supplies.

Electronic Room Key System

Admittance to any guest room cannot be granted without a properly programmed key. All guest room doors are self-closing and equipped with a view port, deadbolt and safety latch.

Express Check-Out

A final bill will be slipped under your door on the morning of your departure. If all charges are correct there is no need to stop by the Front Desk. The credit card presented at check-in will be used to settle the bill.

Fitness Facilities

Gift Certificates

Give the gift of old-world luxury. You can design a personalized package or simply let your recipient decide with denominations in any value selected by you. We offer complimentary high-speed internet access throughout the hotel. Guests can access the internet through our wireless network or the T1 connections in our guest rooms.

Laundry, dry cleaning and pressing services are available Monday through Saturday.

Newspapers

A selection of complimentary local newspapers is available. We will do our best to accommodate specific newspaper requests.

Non-Smoking Establishment

We are a smoke-free establishment. All of our guest rooms are non-smoking; however, smoking is permitted outdoor in our lovely courtyard and on our first and second floor verandas.

Parking

Parking is complimentary for all hotel guests. Our parking garage is located behind the Mansion off Rio Grande. From MLK head north on Rio Grande (one-way street). Take an immediate left into one of the garage entrances. At this time, we do not offer valet parking services.

Wake-up calls are available 24 hours by our friendly Guest Services staff.

Pet-Friendly Property

We are just as committed to our pet guests as we are to their owners which is why we have had unique pet amenities custom designed for our four-legged patrons. In preparation for their arrival, our pet rooms are arranged with a logo-embroidered pet bed as well as a feeding mat with porcelain food and water bowls to be used throughout their stay.

A nominal $50 cleaning fee is charged per stay to guests who bring their trusty companions with them to the Mansion. There is no size limit for animals, but we ask that owners strictly follow our policies to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. Please keep in mind that all pets must be on flea and heartworm prevention prior to their stay.

Spa Services

We offer a variety of in-room spa services including massages, body wraps and facials. We can also make arrangements for manicures, pedicures and hair at various local salons.
